Turn on Single Mouse Click in Ubuntu Linux 10.10 video

Turning on Single Click in Ubuntu will help you speed up your mousing experience in Ubuntu since you now you just have to click your left mouse button once to open and run a file or program. Plus, your right mouse button will not wear out as fast since you are clicking it less.

1. Go to the places menu, and click on the home item on the top menu bar.

2. Go to the edit menu in the home folder, and click on the preferences item.

3. Click on the behavior tab. Under the behavior heading pick “Single click to open item”.

4. Click the close button at the bottom right of the Window.

Now you just need to single click your left button  to open folders, programs and files on your desktop and folder in Ubuntu 10.10.
