Make and Mount TrueCrypt Password Encrypted Hidden hard drive video

For more Computer Security videos visit youtube.com/johnsonyip1

Truecrypt is a Free drive encryption program which can make hidden volumes/drives within a Truecrypt encrypted drive or File Encryption which you can install/mount on your computer.

In this video, I will show you how to make a TrueCrypt hidden volume on a TrueCrypt password protected volume. I will also teach you how to mount and dismount both your hidden and non-hidden volume.

You should make your TrueCrypt Outer volume password easier to guest by using a weak password like “kitty” and fill the outer volume with fake embarrassing photos, mp3s, passwords and user names or sensitive info, so the hacker will think you changed your passwords already, so he would not continue trying to hack your hidden volume.

It is best to make your hidden volume password at least 20 characters in length, and use a combination of UPPERCASE, lowercase, Numb3rs, and $peca!| characters a strong password would be ” GO00D!@$^*123456789123456789″ if you can’t remember it you can use keepass.info free password vault to help you store your passwords.

You can download TrueCrypt at http://truecrypt.org/

Hi, nice guide. But I think you should show how to mount the hidden volume in protected mode too.
