It is very east to make a startmenu taskbar toolbar. There is no programming, or editing required to do this tutorial. You just need to know how to use your computer mouse.
You first need to make a folder with your most used icons. I used my desktop folder since all the icons to my commonly used files, and programs are on my desktop.
All you have to do is right click your Windows Start Menu’s task bar and pick Toolbars then New toolbars.
