Have your computer been slowing down, and you did a disk clean up, defrag your computer, did a scan disk. But, it is till kind of slow. It could be your Windows registry which is being full of invalid keys which can cause system slow down and errors.
I will compare 3 free Windows Cleaner and how they compare to regedit which is Windows built-in registry cleaner by scanning my computer with all three registry cleaners at once without deleting the keys they found until the end of the video, so you can see the results.
CCleaner only found the less keys at 9Â invalid registry keys. It is easy to back up your keys with CCleaner, but there is no restore wizard for undoing changes.
Glary Utilities found the most keys at 81 invalid registry keys. There is a simple wizard to backup and restore registry keys which you want to undo delete.
EasyCleaner by ToniArt found 46 registry keys which are invalid which puts it in second place. The Backup and Undo wizard for EasyCleaner is very easy to use.
I use all three registry cleaners on a regular basis since sometimes one registry cleaners miss invalid keys which another finds.
The Windows Registry Editor also called “RegEdit” should never be used to delete keys since you can break “Windows Operating System” and cause your computer not to be able to login to Windows. It can be used to delete keys, but you have to do it manually which is very time consuming and difficult. You should only use Regedit if you have no other options or if you are very knowledgeable in Regedit. Backing up and restoring the Windows Registry or a key is not as easy as CCleaner, Glary Utilities , and EasyCleaner Registry cleaners since regedit lacks a simple wizard.
If you rather have a paid alternative, Tuneup Utilities has a registry cleanup, disk cleanup, and will save you time maintaining your computer.
This is a great bit of software which does exactly what it says on the tin.
