IeSpell Spell Check add-on for Internet Explorer Video

Tired of not having a spell check in Internet Explorer while Firefox, and Google Chrome has a spell check built-in. IeSpell which is plug-in can add a spell check to internet Explorer, so you don’t have to go to another website to find the spelling of a word, or use Firefox, Google Chrome, or another browser with Spell check.

IeSpell is a free Spell checker add-on for Internet Explorer  5 and above. IE spell adds a Spell check option and word definition look up option to Internet Explorer right click mouse menu. You have the choice of language like US, Canadian, and UK spelling. You can even add other Online dictionaries like “Urban Dictionary” to your right click menu for finding out the meaning of slang words.

I been using IeSpell for about a week and I found it better then WordPress and other Spell checkers for Blogging software and Online E-mail services since WordPress spell checker seem to sometimes freeze my computer by running its spell check scripts while IeSpell does not crash my PC when working in IE. I just wish IeSpell has the wavy red line when I spell a word wrong like Google Chrome, Firefox, and MS word’s spellchecker.

I’m not brilliant at spelling so I have to check everything over before I post. I was really grateful to switch IE for Firefox, IE is irritating for that kind of thing. I don’t like some of the Americanized spellings though.

I agree IE does not have a spell check which made it difficult to use . I had to go to a online dictionary site to find out how to spell words, and most online dictionaries are american spelling.

I’m not that great at spelling either.

    That’s why I use Opera.. 🙂

For those who not only needs in spell checker, but also grammar and thesaurus I can advice on using online spell checkers like this one: http://www.spellchecker.net/spellcheck/
You still need to copy and paste text but it is better then nothing 🙂
