Disable TCP Auto tuning using MS-DOS command lines tutorial. This can help speed up your browsing speed a little bit. I notice a small boost in preformance after disabling Auto tuning. Results may Vary.
Open CMD by going to run in the startmenu, and typing CMD and pressing ok, or enter.
Type "netsh interface tcp show global" without the qoutation marks in the cmd window. Press Enter Key.
A table will show up if you type in the command right.
Type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled" without the qoutation marks in the cmd window. Press Enter key.

Step 9. Restart your computer, and the service should be gone from services.msc console.
