Auslogic Disk Defrag is my favorite free disk defrag software for Windows since Windows Vista because it is easy to use, and fast. The most recent version of Auslogic Disk Defrag is also compatible with Windows 8.
Disk Defrag software safely re-organizes your computer’s hard drive, so programs and files open faster on a hard drive, and also can make your operating systems like Windows 8 startup, and restart faster.
Starting a disk defrag is simple. You first check the drives you want to defrag in Auslogic, and click on the Defrag button, or select Analyze, defrag and optimize, quick defrag, check for errors, and other settings. Once you click the defrag button, you can wait for it to finish defraging, or check the “Turn off PC after defragmentation” checkbox on the main menu to have your computer turn off automatically after it has defragged your hard drives. I have been using the Asus Google Nexus 7 for almost 2 months now, and it works great as a fast tablet for $199. I mainly use the Nexus 7 for playing games, watching YouTube videos, reading, and browsing the web, and it does all of these tasks very quickly with its Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad-Core 1.3GHz CPU Processor and 1 GB of RAM. It also has enough space for a lot of apps with its 16GB of storage. Opening Apps, video playback, games, and reading apps don’t slow down even when I have a lot of apps open.
I like how light and easy to hold the Nexus 7 is because it is thin, and have a curved back with a rubber dotted grips.
The 1.2 MegaPixel front camera is great for video chatting on Google Talk Video Chat, and Google Plus Hangouts video chat, and the microphone is pretty good as well at picking up my voice when talking to people. The speaker on the Google Nexus 7 is also load enough to listen to music, podcast, and video even on room with a few people talking in it.
The Headphone jack on the Nexus 7 is also pretty load even when I plug in a pair of cheap $10 headphones into it.
The volume up and down, and power button on the top left side of the tablet are easy to press, and don’t require a lot of force.

Panda Cloud Antivirus is an Antivirus program which protects my computer which runs Windows 8, and other Windows operating systems like XP, Vista, and 7. It uses Panda internet servers to scan my computer for viruses, and other malware. I have been using Panda Cloud Antivirus since Windows 7 and it works pretty well at protecting me from viruses.
Panda Cloud Antivirus is easy to install. I open the installer file which I download from Panda Cloud’s download page, and open it in Windows 8 like any other installer file for Windows.
After installing Panda Cloud Antivirus, I’m protected from viruses in real-time, and the virus definition are always updated since it uses Panda’s virus definitions which are hosted on Panda’s website. Plus, there are no huge definitions to download for Panda like other antivirus programs which sometimes slows down or even crash your computer when updating an Antivirus program.
