I found a plug-in which make links by commenter’s Dofollow instead of Nofollow which is the default link type for WordPress. All you need is to upload the dofollow plugin from SemioLogic.com and activate it in WordPress Plugin Control Panel.
By making your links DoFollow instead of NoFollow, your commenters will also get more link juice. Some of your visitors will also be more likely to comment since they will get more dofollow back links to their website which increases their Search rankings in Google and other search engines. DoFollow is great for Search Engine Optimization.
Update: I decided to make this blog NoFollow again since I don’t have the time to moderate spammy comments and comments which are poor quality like people who post “thx” which I tend to be getting after I change this blog to DoFollow.

when we can comment on do-follow blog then this is beneficial for my site as both search engine and also visitor point of view also have get some benefit for your site as added some content in your site for different user ID

You look at your source coude in your Browser in view soures and if you “do not” see rel=nofollow it means all your comment links are dofollow. a Do follow linkk just looks likea normal link.

Indeed, NoFollow and DoFollow links both can create a lot of traffic, and Search engines follow both types of links
Only thing that i wonder though is if you have such a large outflux of do follow wont it effect you in the serps?
I’m not exactly sure, but from other postings I read on blogs that forum dofollow and blog dofollow links don’t carry as much link juice as article marketing, guest blogging, and one way links from other websites which choose to link to you in your blogroll. I personally spend more time writing blog posts since my blog does not have a ton of content, and to increase the chance of someone linking to my site. I’m sure Search Engines are working on a way to rank dofollow links base on quality instead of quantity. I assume a dofollow link in someone blog roll or artcle is worth more then a comment do follow link.

Indeed, dofollow links give you link juice, but it is best to also focus on content, so people will link to your content or put your link in their blogroll or website links section for having very useful content which can get you a lot of targetted traffic.
