Added a new Captcha and User deletion mod because of spambots with phpbb2

I had about 70 spambots register at my phpbb2 forum at http://johnsonyip.com/forum The default captcha code was not very effective, so I installed Frecap and followed some instructions on http://www.matthewleverton.com/howto/phpBB2-captcha.html

and I added a delete user mod which I found here: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=404113
