This tuturial teaches you how to setup & use Sun's Virtual box to virtualize an OS on your computer.
Step 1. Open Virtual Box.
Step 2. Click the New Button.
Step 3. Press Next
Step 4. Type your name for the OS and pick the OS type from the drop down menu box.
Step 5. Adjust the memory deending on how much ram you have if you have 2+ GB of ram on your system then 1 GB will be good. Press Next
Step 6. Press New...
Step 7. Press Next>
Step 8. Pick the option that is best for you. then press Next>
Step 9. Pick the amount of space you want for the Image Size by moving the Slider then press Next>.
Step 10. Press Finish
Step 11. Pick the Boot Hardrive you previously made and press Next.
Step 12. Press Finish
Step 13. Right click on Your Image and pick Setings.
Step 14. Click CD/DVD-rom and check Mount CD/DVD Drive.
Step 15. Click on ISO Image File Radio Button (the 2nd white circle ).
Step 16. Press the folder Button.
Step 17. Press Add and select your OS image (ISO) file.
Step 18. Press Select
Step 20. Press Audio cutton and check Enable Audio Checkbox.
Step 21. Press USB and click Enable USB Controller and Enable USB 2.0... Press OK at the Bottum.
Step 22. Press Start
